He was questioned by the police: "Haven't you just misplaced it somewhere? Are you sure that your electron is really lost?"

An engineer dies and reports to the pearly gates. St. Peter checks his dossier and says, "Ah, you're an engineer. You are in the wrong place."
So, the engineer reports to the gates of hell and is let in. Pretty soon, the engineer gets dissatisfied with the level of comfort in hell, and starts designing and building improvements. After a while, they've got air conditioning and flush toilets and escalators, and the engineer is a pretty popular guy.
One day, God calls Satan up on the telephone and says with a sneer, "So, how's it going down there in hell?"
Satan replies, "Hey, things are going great. We've got air conditioning and flush toilets and escalators, and there's no telling what this engineer is going to come up with next."
God replies, "What? You've got an engineer? That's a mistake. He should never have gotten down there; send him up here."
Satan says, "No way." I like having an engineer on the staff, and I'm keeping him."
God says, "Send him back up here or I'll sue."
Satan laughs uproariously and answers, "Yeah, right. And just where are you going to get a lawyer?"

Yes. I've finally scanned through the first binder of negative BL/W film.
It took about a year.. now I only have 2 more to go.. both twice as thick.
And then a shipload of colour negs.

Det var länge sedan jag var på ett sjukhus.
Man var lite osäker och nervös när man klev in men det visade sig snart att det var onödigt.
Svensk sjukvård är så toppen att men inte behövde vara orolig över att bli instäng i ett tomt undersökningsrum i över 4 timmar efter att väntat några timmar i ett väntrum.
Man behövde vidare inte oroa sig över att där skulle finnas någon tv eller nåt annat som kunde distrahera en från de smärtor man kunde tänkas ha.
Sen var det skönt att veta att hygienen var god så att man inte riskerade att mötas av blodstänk på handfaten eller att ens nakna ben skulle gnuggas mot gammalt damm å rost när man satt på sängen.
Vetskapen om att det var större chans att vinna en miljon på lotto än att en städare skulle snubbla in med en dammsugare kändes också betryggande.
Tiden hade kanske passerat snabbare om jag ändå haft kameran med mig. |
