When you have the flight ticket in your hand and ask your girlfriend when she wanna meet you. "NOW" or "how fast can you get here" are what you hope to get in reply. You don't really expect to get a scared look and a quick "NOO" in your face.
I don't know why I had gotten my hopes up this time.. She didn't know, and I do have received the same reactions when I asked before. Why do I never learn.
It really set me back to 1300 BC hope I can get back up.
Earlier today I started to think about going anyway, just to visit the country. But after typing the ad for a tour guide i knew I couldn't do it. I canceled the ticket. Perhaps I just pull a blanket over my head instead, and pretend I'm happy. Why do I never learn.
I have her picture beside the screen in front of me. All I wanted was a hug...
Why cant I ever be happy with what I got. It was good enough for me a week ago. The best thing that ever happened.
Why do I have to push and poke when things already are good? Ruining things, breaking hearts.
I already knew the answer, I should have known. Why did I get my hopes up.
Why do I never learn? All i wanted was a hug... |

No sudden walls to run into
Simple and straight
Not aways the fastest
Not always the easiest
But you always get the most out of the effort
And a lot less bruises on the way |

Nothing special really
Just a bit less concrete
A bit more of fields
Animals
Ponds
Waterfall and autumn
Trees with colors
Some cows came up to the fence
They stood there for about five minutes
Looking
One of them talked
Or yelled
I don't understand Cow so i wouldn't know
They lost interest
I walked away
Some cheeps spotted me and came running
I walked away
Today I felt happy
What if I lived in the center of the city
Smack in the middle
Left
Right
